I regret to say that my recent stay at this property was far from enjoyable. While the property itself was generally fine, the mattress was absolutely awful. It was uncomfortable(no support in the middle), sagging, and made it impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. I woke up with unfortunate back pain/soreness. I immediately contacted the property host to express my concern, hoping for a resolution or at least an acknowledgment of the issue. Unfortunately, I was met with little more than a dismissive response. The host did not offer any solutions, such as providing a replacement or helping to resolve the issue in any way. No partial refund, nothing. As a result, my partner and I checked into a hotel to be able to enjoy the other nights of our vacation. I strongly caution anyone considering booking this property to think twice, especially if a good night’s sleep is a priority. ##### Stephanie S. We checked in promptly at 3 o’clock, and found the apartment to be just as described. The hosts have thought of everything.
