"This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had with staying at a VRBO. This home is located in an area of concern. There is a security fence and gate around the home but the gate is broken off and laying in the yard. The door was unlocked when we arrived. The first night the police had to be called due to illegal activities, yelling, fighting, and safety concerns in the street where the home is located at 3:00 am and again at 6:00 am where an ambulance had to be sent and someone taken...

"We had such a great time staying here! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The blankets and pillows on the beds were amazing. We spent a lot of our time at Fort Desoto and I highly recommend checking it out! Best of all our pups had a great time and this home allowed them to enjoy with us. "We enjoyed our stay!! Our condo was clean, perfect size for my husband and I, and the view was perfect. Loved the pool area. It was quiet, peaceful, and every morning it was clean and put back together. The owner was informative, respectful, and made sure to reach out to me to see if it was okay to deliver some new patio furniture. He also let me know that there may be some work being done in the parking lot, but the work had been canceled. We would definitely consider coming back."

"I didn’t stay here for the entirety of my stay due to cockroach infestations flying inside the house. Not only that, but the floor was peeling up and cracking in the main floors, the day bed looked used without clean sheets, the sheets in the main room had red stains on them, the dirty and used broom/cleaning supplies were left in the main area, and the kitchen was very dirty and unkept. On Fridays and Saturdays in the lower level club of the hotel, they have Latin nights, great for those who like to salsa, bachata, etc.. Or, one block away Goodnight John Boy will rock to the 70's music Thursday through Sunday. Highly recommended stay!! "
