"Very close to a charming downtown: you can walk there and back. Rooms are expensive, but interestingly they don't include a breakfast. Fortunately they include coffee/tea in the elevator lobbies/main lobby. Staff is very friendly and reception won't answer direction questions when the concierge is not on duty? (A little bizarre, yes?)"

Need to give a shout-out to the gentleman than runs the daily breakfast, he really did a phenomenal job. Front desk and management staff went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel was very busy because of the races but you would never know because it was so quiet. Great stay and would definitely stay here again."
