What a disappointment!
This place is a DUMP! Do not waste your time or money on this place. Recently updated is a lie!
Here is everything that I saw wrong with this place. I wish I could pose pictures!
The blinds were damaged upon arrival and let light into the room the entire night.
Two towels for two people for four days? When I inquired I was told this is not a five star resort and that is all you get.
Was supposed to receive check in info the day before and never received it until I inquired the morning of!
The DIRECT TV box did not work so we had no TV.
The remotre for the A/C -Heater had dead batteries. Heat was set on when we arrived. When I inquired I was told to switch the batteries from the TV remote back and forth to use the heater and then the TV.
Mold on the baseboards! Baseboards pulling away from wall. Wall board damaged throughout the unit. A slight drip of hot water from bathroom sink. No plugs in the bathroom for the woman to use their hairdryers. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty so no soap to shower with. The so called bicycles had a flat tire and chain was off. No smoke detector in room. Ripped off the ceiling. We place a can of soda in the fridge and upon our return the second day the can exploded because the fridge froze over. The outside of the property was not clean.
Again there was NOTHING updated about unit #3. These owners are out of state and care about one thing and that is lying and taking your money with substandard conditions.
