“Lovely stay”

The hotel was lovely. Had a fantastic stay. The fact that the hotel also had a pool area was nice. The staff were on the whole friendly and very accomodating. Nice modern facilities. Hotel was spot less. We are considering returning again next year.

the summary and photo's on expedia didn't do this place justice. amazing rooms, pool and location. all the services are international class with great food, awesome breakfast and various bars. the location is stunning with everything in walking distance. highly recommend the place!! hvar is the best island i have seen!

“Great Hotel”

Great hotel in a beautiful town. In a 35-day trip through Europe, this was definitely the most beautiful and least expensive of the hotels in which I stayed.

“Great Hotel, Greater Location”

Very nice, modern facilty. Beatiful pool, nice beach access. Also, several affiliated hotels nearby allow for charging priveleges and discounts. Short (4 minute) walk into Hvar town. Helpful staff, everyone speaks English. Only negative - fitness facility is a joke. One treadmill for a huge hotel! Fortunately there is a nice path along the water.

“Excellente Surprise”

Cet hotel, dans lequel nous avons sejourné 10 jours présente les standards Européens, il s'agit d'un vrai 4 étoiles. Localisation parfaite (10mn à pied du centre), cadre idyllique au centre de la pinède et prestations de haut niveau. Les piscines et cascades étaient encore en travaux mais tout sera prêt à l'été 2008.

“Nice Hotel”

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was helpful. They also arranged transportation to and from the airport in Split witch was great. I would stay there again!

“Fantastic view”

Hotal Amfora is a fantastic resort hotel with absolute beach frontage. Only about 5 mins walk (flat) to all the restaurants etc so you have the best of both worlds: quiet but close to the action

“Best Kept Secret!!”

The hotel is beautiful and the staff excellent. The Manager was awesome allowing us to stay an extra night at the Expedia rate. The Sea View rooms were breathtaking!
