"Amazing place to stay. Everything was perfect from cleanliness to things during our stay. Celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday and absolutely loved it! Even though it rained on our last night, there was plenty of things to do inside from playing games to having a movie night. 10/10 would recommend. "Good stuff: 1) Excellent lake-facing views from both the patios. 2) Spacious and can accommodate 5 adults and 3 kids. 3) Near to the main road. Not too far from the Walmart ( 12 min drive) Stuff that can be improved: 1) Kitchen appliances are very dated. 2) First floor bathroom needs a lock! It can be opened by anyone from outside 3) One patio is extremely dirty and the owners can atleast do a light cleaning one a while 4) Lack of Wi-Fi. "The house was more than roomy for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the back deck in the evenings and took advantage of the cowboy pool during the day. Jayme was easy to contact and suggested attractions of interest in the area. It was a great getaway!"

"Great property to meet our children and granddaughters for Christmas. Having the 2 living areas was so nice. Great kitchen to cook while others play games at the large table. "Overall, we were very pleased with the house. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Melissa was very responsive when we had questions about the WiFi and the water. There is very little natural light in the house so we had the lights on most of the time. I’d suggest bringing your own water for drinking as the tap water had a weird taste. I appreciated that we had very few checkout “duties”"

"Easy to find and easy to get in! Everything you could possibly need is here and the environment is very comfortable. The host is an excellent communicator and provided a lot of great recommendations and instructions. The is NO phone signal at the home, but the Wi-Fi works just fine. We were able to watch movies and get phone calls. Make sure you download the instruction before you get to the home. Just sayin'!"

"We had an amazing time! The house was perfect for all of us! Our host was so sweet and very accommodating! It had everything we needed! It was right on the water! We will definitely be back!"

"You get what you pay for… half of the lights didn’t work, the recliners didn’t recline, they said the tv wasn’t working because of satellite but the truth is the message on screen was that the bill hadn’t been paid. This also impacted internet so we could only stream with my hot spot. There was no soap, no dishes or glasses for drinking. Very basic and they had a bag on the mattress so it crinkled all night. "

"If you are looking for a luxury cabin for 5-8 members in Broken Bow 3 minutes away from Beavers Bend State Park, this is it! My family of 5 had a wonderful time here despite bad weather. The host went the extra mile to check the weather and let me know the safest time to drive before we left. She also mentioned that the view is beautiful even in the rain, which was true.
