For the money you pay, I would expect a bit more small things like a candle on the table, place to cook. The coffee machine was not working and it was not super clean, there were coffee marks next to the bed. The host, Daniel, was simply a delight to meet and chat with, and gave us some really good recommendations for site-seeing which we were able to use further into our trip. "The cottage was excellent, small (which is what we wanted) but very well appointed - especially the kitchen. It was clean and comfortable and the owners were on hand and very obliging. The outside area was gated, very important to keep our dog from straying or becoming a nuisance to others. We took advantage of the information provided on restaurants and places to visit and found the JFK Arboretum and beaches on the Hook peninsula just right for the dog.
