"The hotel was very nice in general. The location is rural, not as where I was expecting when I checked on the map prior to booking. Breakfast was not impressive. Indoor pool not heated. View is beautiful."

"Perhaps the rating of the hotel is not fair. I am actually quite upset at Hotels.com for letting me book this hotel when I couldn't even check in as a foreigner. I didn't get to the hotel till after dinner only to find out I couldn't check in. It was extremely inconvenient for my family.
