"The location of this property, 100 feet from Playa Alica is just the best. The Sunsets from the balcony were also fantastic! The condo's pictures gave us a pretty good idea of the layout although, like anything else in Real Estate, the pictures made the place look bigger that what it actualy was but regardless, we had plenty of room. All the amenities required were there and Alvaro was alwasy available to tend to our needs when it came about. Highly recommend this place whether for short or long...

"Overall, great stay. Stayed for 4 nights. Pictures were accurate. Can see the ocean through a few openings in the trees. Condo was clean, they include extra towels and sheets in closet if you need replacement. Bedrooms were nice, A/C was great. TVs in living room and master bedroom, plenty of channels. Everyone was friendly. 24/7 security. Can have guests anytime. Only negative was kitchen can use some updating... old stove, some damaged counter tiles (so 4 rating instead of 5). Would stay...

"The location is great. Check in instructions were provided a couple of days prior to our arrival, and check in and check out were easy. We had an issue with the toilet in the hallway and Bela was quick to respond and the issue was resolved very quickly. Bela and the property manager, Joselito, were helpful and responsive from start to finish."

"Location is very nice and quiet but still just a few blocks from downtown. As long as you don't have physical limitations. you will not need a car or taxi. Ocean view is limited so I would not go there for that. There is no elevator and lots of stairs so if you have physical limitations keep that in mind when choosing this location and room. Guards are there 24/7 and very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will return."

There should be more instructions on where things are located, ( trash, restaurants, transportation, excursions), as well as inside the condo, ( hot water, toilet paper, ). Bettwr communictaion and bettwr directions listed at the condo would have made the experience even better...."

"The beauty of the complex and the security were on point. The unit was just as pictured; bright and welcoming. Although there was no safe box in the unit, we felt very safe with the security measures in place. Access pass was used to allow entry into other areas of the complex but not all were inclusive and had a small price tag associated with them. Very peaceful at night as well. Our 1st. floor unit had some issues with the shower and bathroom sink drainage. They were very slow. Maintenance...

"The Getaway is a great spot if you're visiting Sosua or Puerto Plata. The host was great and attentive and ensured that I was settled in. He gave me his personal mobile phone number and the co-host was nearby to respond to anything we needed. The area is walking distance to shops and restaurants and the lively Sosua night life. The condo itself had everything you needed from fast wi-fi to air fryer, blender, microwave, full refrigerator. The only thing I would change is the directions to get...
