"A highly rated hotel that lives up to its ratings."
Superb location. Breakfasts delicious and varied. Staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Pool a little cool. Rooms tastefully decorated. Lots of little extras, such as afternoon teas, nuts and fruit in foyer also free. Wifi fast and efficient. Very easy to get to - 100 metres from gulhane tram stop so 20 minutes from airport.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Erboy Hotel. It was just a short walk to the major attractions and there were many lovely eateries nearby. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was modern. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of fresh food each morning.
The hotel staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. I couldn't fault this hotel. Great value for money with five star service.
Upon arrival, the hotel staff immediately made me feel welcome. After a long flight I was able to sit down for a bit to eat, have a coffee and a chat with staff to discuss plans for the week. My room was made available even though I had arrived before the normal check in time. Staff were helpful during the week and provided help in navigating the city. The location was convenient for transport with the metro tram nearby, and the ferry warf a mere 10 minute walk which gives access to many areas in the city.

The hotel staff was very helpful, a gentlemen named Davut and the hotel manager really went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The rooms were nice, clean beds, and very clean bathrooms. The included breakfast was great, they served various breakfast items that can please everyone. The location of the hotel is very convenient, a few steps away from metro stop. This is definitely our hotel to stay at everytime we visit Istanbul
When you check in, they sit you down with a welcome drink and show you where you are on the city map, where the sights are and ask you what you want to experience while you are in Istanbul. They then give you all the help you could possibly need. A fresh dish of Turkish delight greats you in the room. Lovely amenities, beautiful restaurant and very friendly English speaking staff. The buffet breakfast is also great with a full range of western and Turkish items, and the coffee is great. Really cannot fault this hotel.
We stayed for 3 nights and were pleased with the location, cleanliness, staff service and terrific breakfast with views of the city. Staff were very quick to assist us in many ways. The hotel is walking distance to the Blue Mosque, new Mosque and Grand Bazaar but its an uneven hilly walk due to the old cobble stone roads and gradient. It was sround 40 mins to airport or 55 TL. This old area is gorgeous with many beautiful shops. So pretty to walk around.

The Sirkeci district is on the European side of the Bosporus, about a 10-minute walk from Sultanahmet (the historic city centre). Sirkeci Railway Station, once the terminus for the famed Orient Express, is on the district’s northern edge. There are many small to mid-sized hotels here, several restaurants, and a Turkish bath.
