The location was in great proximity to Niagara Falls, Clifton Hills, and shopping centers or restaurants. You can tell the house was a new build given other new homes being built in the development. "This name of this property is spot on! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do! Yet it was far enough from everything that the neighborhood was nice and quiet! It was nice to leave our car parked for a few days! We were a family of six adults. The house was a perfect fit for all of us. We had plenty of space. We enjoyed the backyard as well. The beds were very comfortable. Property was very well maintained . We would highly recommend this proptery!"

"This property is very "central" to many different activities. The home is very comfortable to stay in. We had 5 ladies spend 2 nights and everyone was pleased with their stay. I saw a few reviews complain about traffic, personally i didnt think it was that worrisome. Neighbourhood is very quiet. Would definetly stay here again, especially during nicer weather to take advantage of the back yard! A suggestion/comment - dont shut the "master bedroom" door all tbe way, as we did get...

We loved the king-sized bed on main level but if one-person is not able to crawl across bed, the lg TV hanging on wall (which we never used) will be negative to walking around bed. However, the kids ran around from upstairs, even though it was quite late at night and we were trying to sleep in the lower level of the house. One of my relatives is handicapped and had difficulty going up the stairs because there was only one handrail for her to use, and she can only use one side of her body. Having handrails on both sides would be safest for anyone with mobility...
