"Upon arrival the debit reader was down and the staff member tried to ask for a copy of my debit card to get keycards. We said no and they put us down as a cash payment. The debit card reader issue was resolved the next day and we used that option. The first room we got had some significant water damage that the cleaning staff obviously didn’t report to the manager or maintenance. The second room was nice. "There was a problem with staffing at the bar-restaurant. The staff on hand did their best, but the level of staffing was inadequate."

"We have stayed at this property many times. They had a lot of guests with what I thinks was youth travel teams. Breakfast was well stocked with two attendants replenishing offerings and cleaning. If I had any suggestions it would be to move the coffee station out of the back food area. Things get pretty congested back there. "
