"Lovely hotel. This was my second second stay and just as good as before. Complimentary breakfast was very nice and there is free hot drinks all day near reception. Walking distance to some restaurants & shops and a short drive to other attractions such as Roger Williams Park & Zoo. Staff are always happy & friendly. "

"We stayed two nights. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. It isn't a fancy hotel and doesnt have all the amenities other pricier hotels do but we thought it was good for the price. The pool was not open yet but it looked nice and was pretty large. Hotel is located near many shops and restaurants. "

"I was disappointed with the cleanliness and overall experience. There was roaches that we saw - multiple times and ants. Reached out to the host to request bug spray or traps but the host didn’t accommodate or attempt to reapond / rectify or offer solutions. I had to come home and wash all of my clothes and luggage because I was afraid of bringing the bugs back. . They also did not replace the shower soap in the bathroom and it was empty.
