“I will be back..great value”
I've stayed he on business on a number of occasions. The service has been good everytime. Check in was always quick and professional.
“Better than I expected”
The hotel was in pretty good condition.
“Permanent spot to stay when traveling to area!!!”
I had tickets to a Patriots game and needed a place to stay but didn't want to spend a lot. This was the perfect place!! The price was very low compared to other places and it was in a good location between Boston and Foxborough. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was very comfortable. (so comfortable we missed breakfast two of the three mornings there lol) I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in a one hour radius. It is worth the drive. great hotel even better price!!!

The hotel was alright, the food in the resturant was good but it only opened for dinner. no lunch and roomservice was not aviable everytime i asked for it

i like this hotel, the rooms are clean and the staffs are friendly. the breakfast was decent. can't think of anything not to like.
“Decent Experience”
Overall I liked the hotel. It is very close to the mall, has a nice in-door pool, and is very comfortable in many ways. The management, however, can do sth to make the hotel better. For instance, the quality of rooms seem uneven. Some rooms have better air condition, while the others have really noisy ones that seem incapable of removing moisture. Some rooms have 3 lamps while the others have just two lamps. TV remote control is sometimes missing. Additionally, the hotel provides no stationary (pen & notepad) in room. This is really inconvenient for travelers.
“Satisfiable w/ reasonable price”
The location was not as convenient as I expected but other than that everything was good, including the food and service of the restaurant in the hotel. Considering the size of the hotel, maybe they could add one more PC for guests to use.
“Good hotel for the price”
The hotel is in a good location by restaurants and the shopping mall. For the money the hotel wasnt bad at all and we did get a free breakfast. First the cons. The lobby smelled like smoke and the front desk gave us no direction towards elevators or our room. Speaking of elevators we couldnt get it to work and ended up taking the 3 flights of stairs to our room for two days. The first night we tried to order "room service". You order it and the go downstairs to pick it up. If u want it delivered to your door its a $3 charge PLUS 18% gratuity...so that was annoying, For the continental breakfast make sure you ask the front desk for the coupon cause then the breakfast is free!! So the pros...they had a huge pool that was never crowded. The room was clean and the bed was SO comfy. So for the cheap money the hotel was good. I would stay there again.
“Fine for what it is”
One shouldn't shun the Westgate simply because it's in Brockton, a city with its own...rich reputation. The hotel is located within a large outdoor mall/shopping complex, offering lots of opportunities for outings, though I found the hotel pub quite serviceable. Rooms were fine - nothing special, but not particularly run down. Overall, nothing to shout about, but nothing much to complain about either.
“Way Better Then Expected”
I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews but everything was nice. The lobby and the room had been recently renovated. The hallway seemed to still be under renovation and the elevator wasnt very accessable but as long as you dont mind a couple of stairs then I would highly reccommend this hotel for the price.
