Lodge At Sedona

"Great secluded and quiet hideaway"
This hotel is more of a resort for people looking for some healing peace and quiet. It's tucked away from the main street of Sedona, but still easily accessible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself has a wonderful "lodge" feel which is so much more than just a regular hotel.

This was our first stay at L'Auberge. The setting is just gorgeous, the facility is top notch and the staff members were friendly, professional and bent over backwards to accomodate our every need. The restaurant is excellent.

"Basic but tidy family-friendly hotel."
We spent a night here on our way to Monument Valley. We got a good price for a more than decent place to stay, would definitely recommend it as an option on the affordable end of things. It's not right on a larger pedestrian oriented part of Sedona, though only 2 minutes away by car. There's a Circle-K and some restaurants and shops that are an easy walk, and the hotel restaurant looked very good (in retrospect we regretted not trying it). We enjoyed watching the sun set as we lounged around the pool area. Saw quite a few families with kids there, as well as younger adults in pairs or groups. There are some comfy little lounging areas around the pool area as well. Breakfast wasn't anything special but there was a good range of options and it filled us up for our drive north. We didn't need much from the staff during our stay but they were very friendly and helpful.

"Oasis not far from Phoenix"
I'm not sure what I expected but it was far more than what was revealed when I drove up to the resort much less entered our room. Wonderful things about the resort are family friendly yet very romantic, incredible restaurant onsite for wine tasting and enjoying truly gourmet meal. It is a bit pricy but worth every penny. I took my eighteen year old daughter and we both were enhanced by the food, service, and the atmosphere of the restaurant. On the other hand the pizza place right next to it was thee worse restaurant I have ever encountered. My daughter and I had just finished our time in the spa (btw Lee is simply is Joyce at the desk) so we just wanted a simple meal and to keep enjoying the warm fuzzies. The waiter was nice if you could catch him. He was missing more that on our side of the restaurant. He also was working the bar so that may have been the problem. We saw the waitress help and be there for her tables and she had the majority of them. We finally order our food and were so surprised that in the entire room we were the last to obtain our food. My sandwich was warm on the outside but the sausage literally burned my tongue twice. We ordered deviled eggs also and I have to be quite frank they weren't good. Imagine the egg being mixed with frosting and I think that is the closest I can get to the flavor. My body literally wanted to gag. Even the smell was too much after tasting. My daughter's food was delicious and we shared her meal. It was good.

"Nice B&B with spectacular view!"
We were very pleased with our stay. Let me start by saying that the staff couldn't be more friendly and eager to please. Fantastic view of Thunder Mountain from room #20 (second floor). Nice shower and bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was excellent as well. Comfortable bed with fresh-smelling linens and good breakfast with excellent coffee. The only feedback we would provide is to remove the artificial plants and fruit in the room. It took away from the otherwise elegant feel of the Chateau. Make no mistake, though, you should really stay here.
