Junipine Resort is nestled on the banks of the Oak Creek, approximately 8 miles north of Sedona, in the beautiful Oak Creek Canyon area. The resort is great for couples or families, as it features 50 luxury villas, which can be rented as either a one or two bedroom. All villas feature two wood burning fireplaces, fully furnished kitchens, spacious accommodations and large decks overlooking Oak Creek. This Sedona Resort also provides complimentary delivery of firewood daily, complimentary Wi-Fi and copies of the USA Today are available Monday-Friday. Junipine Resort is a smoke-free property.

Junipine Resort features luxury Sedona style villa creekhouses. The creekhouses can be rented as one or two bedrooms. Each villa accommodates up to 6 people. Each Oak Creek Canyon creekhouse features spacious accommodations ranging from 900 to 1400 square feet. A perfect retreat for couples or families, each luxury creekhouse features a fully furnished kitchen with appliances and cookware. Every creekhouse also features large, private redwood decks. Junipine Resort Creekhouses also feature DVD players, complimentary newspapers and free local calls. Each creekhouse has two wood burning fireplaces, premium triple sheeted bedding, and multiple televisions with DVD players.

Dining
Set along beautiful Oak Creek, Junipine Café features traditional cuisine from seafood specials to ribs and chocolate lava cake. The café offers breakfast lunch, dinner and room service to Junipine guests. The Junipine Café is open from Tuesday-Sunday. Enjoy dining inside or outside on the front deck, depending on the season.
Recreation
Situated in Oak Creek Canyon, Junipine Resort features on-site hiking trails, stream fishing, horseshoe pits and a basketball hoop. There is also a large DVD library onsite, with approximately 250 titles free to guests at Junipine. The recreation areas of Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona are nearby and offer numerous outdoor activities including; Mountain Biking, Jeeping and Hot Air Balloon Adventures, Horseback Riding and Red Rock Hiking. Slide Rock State Park is just 1 mile away and features a natural rock slide and swim area. The winter season offers recreation including skiing and snowboarding at nearby Arizona Snow Bowl, sledding at Wing Mountain as well as the Fantasy of Lights, Sedona Film Festival and Sedona Marathon.

“Very Pleasant”
The Junipine is very well maintained and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious and the kitchen area was especially nice with everything needed to prepare meals. The fireplaces worked very well and were re-stocked with wood daily. All of this was particularly appreciated since it sleeted and snowed most of the time we were there. There was a spacious deck accessible from both the living room and bedroom, which would be very nice to use in fine weather. The only negative feature is that the hotel is over ten miles from Sedona and several miles from any food source, a shortcomingf that we noticed more because of the weather. They have a restaurant which is supposedly very good but it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so we didn't have a chance to try it. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it very highly.
“The absolute greatest place to stay.”
Fantastic experience. All "houses" are located in a wonderful gorge setting, all appear to be well kept. Restaurant was friendly and very good food.
“Like It Was Twenty Years Ago”
We stayed at the Junipine in 1987 and remembered picking berries around Oak Creek which runs directly behind the hotel. The rooms were as big as we remember and the deck was just wonderful. We sat in the hot tub and watched shooting stars through the huge pine trees. We are going to go back and not wait twenty years this time!
“Great quiet place.”
The Juniper was a perfect place for a quick getaway to Sedona. It was far enough outside to be quiet and close enough that it was a quick drive to everything we needed. Loved the private trail up the creek. Gret place. Only minus was the cabinetry was a little dated and worn. Everthing else was great.

Beautiful setting, helpful staff. Condo was dated in decor but perfect layout for the family and everything was clean and functioning. Perfect getaway!
“Hated to leave”
I would love to return to the Junipine and would highly recommend this resort. Gorgeous location, quiet and most peaceful. We had breakfast at the cafe the morning we were leaving and quite enjoyed it. We were sorry we hadn't eaten dinner there but will when we go back.

Hotel setting was beautiful and staff was very help. We had a wonderful time and if we are in the area again would stay at the same place.
“Romantic Getaway”
We had a fabulous time unwinding and reconnecting at this wonderful resort. The fireplace in the bedroom, the back patio and the sound of the creek helped us relax, unwind and reconnect.
“Absolutely Top Notch...”
The resort setting is one of the best I've encountered. The front desk was staffed to handle our arrival quickly and efficiently. We were greeted with appreciation and sincerity...all pertinent information was communicated, and we were quickly off to our space. The unit was well equipped with everything a traveler would need...plenty of everything...including a wonderful loft accessed by spiral stairs. The fireplace was set up so that a cozy fire was burning within seconds...and plenty of firewood as needed. The unit had a huge deck that looked out onto Oak Creek ... its sound easily reaching up to mesmerize and relax us as we enjoyed the fire. I would highly recommend this resort for any trip to the Sedona area. It is an easy drive into the town...located about half way between Sedona and Flagstaff. Beautiful scenery...great energy...couldn't ask for better.
“Great place to stay!”
I'd read good reviews about the Junipine Resort, but the creekhouse unit we stayed at surpassed all my expectations - from the wood burning fireplace (with wood ready to go) to the kitchen with all the amenities, to the beautiful outdoor Sedona surroundings, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! I would highly recommend the Junipine Resort!
