“Loved this place!”
I've stayed at many hotels in the Seattle area and this is one of my favorites. It was less expensive than most but the rooms were really big, the beds and bedding were awesome and the restaurant downstairs is one of Seattle's finest. They deliver the room service as well so you get real restaurant food rather than gross, reheated, expensive, room service food. Next time I'm in town I'll definitely be back.
“Good location, Very Comfortable”
Decided to stay at this hotel based on reviews here. It was a very nice hotel. Did find a cheeper place to park very nearby without having to deal with the Valet parking. I had ordered a bottle of wine to be delivered to the room so it would be there when we checked in (for my wife's birthday). It wasn't there but when I called down to the front desk they brought it up very quickly with great apologies and a birthday card for my wife. At checkout they provided the wine complimentary. They did not need to do this and the fact that it wasn't in the room didn't ruin anything but this effort on their part will bring me back to this hotel. The room was very comfortable. The bed great! Our room didn't have any view but a bunch of roof top machines and walls of other parts of the building, but I wasn't there to stay in the room and look at the view so it wasn't a big deal to me.
“Nice hotel with great proximity to downtown and Belltown”
Andra has a prime location near downtown and Belltown for restaurants and bars. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and the staff is very both friendly and helpful. With great restaurants in the hotel and across the street its perfect if your trip will be rainy!
“Great hotel, great location”
This was my first trip to Seattle and Hotel Andra was recommended to me by a friend. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite which made for an even happier birthday. The Hotel is on a great location just bordering downtown and Belltown. So close to everything, great restaurants and bars, link, buses and monorail, pike place market.. There are 3 great restaurants with in steps, one being in the hotel which all serve late night. ( I seriously died over Serious Pie across the street! Best pizza I have had outside of Itally.) When we called to ask where the nearest store was, as we had forgot to pack our tooth paste, some was brought to our room in an instant. The only thing that I could possibly have negative to say was that our heater did not seem to heat the room too well but it must have not been that much of a bother being I never called on the matter. I would definitely stay at Hotel Andra again!
“Can't go wrong!”
We recently spent the weekend in Seattle, and had the most amazing time! The city is amazing, the hotel was better than amazing! Comfy beds, great staff, super accommodating! We bought a fish from pikes place and they stored it for us until we left!
“Must have been a bad week”
I was excited to book rooms at the Andra, I knew the restaurant Lola in the lobby would be fantastic, the location was great and the photos of the rooms looked very nice. Additionally there was free WiFi advertised and a full fitness facility. I was sold at Lola but very happy with WiFi as i usually end up at Starwood hotels and refuse to pay their exorbitant WiFi fee. It turns out that Lola closed for renovations the day we arrived, the WiFi broke on day 3 of 5 and never came back, the fitness facility was housed in an unused guest room and was quite dreary and lacking many of the exercise machines a hotel in this price range usually has. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, there was rarely a greeting form the desk clerks whenever we passed, within a foot of the desk, on the way to the elevators.
“Great hotel for the price!”
My wife and I stayed at Hotel Andra to take in Seattle before sailing on a 14 day cruise. The hotel's town car picked us up from the airport and took us straight to the hotel. Our driver was very informative and courteous. The cost was only a few dollars more than a taxi and probably a lot more comfortable! The hotel is located centrally to Pike's Market and the Seattle Space Needle. We walked to the Space Needle to have lunch and walked to the waterfront for dinner at the Crab Pot. The staff is very friendly and helpful!! Although the surrounding neighborhood had a few transients walking about we both felt safe while walking at night. The next morning we had breakfast in Lola. What a great place! Loved the pancakes!! After breakfast the hotel's town car take us to Pier 91 to meet our cruise ship. Once again the ride was great and the service excellent! Overall a great hotel to stay while in Seattle!
“Seattle Fun”
Great location and friendly service.
“Belltown Beauty”
The Hotel Andra was very bit as comfortable, well-designed, and functional as their web site said it was. It is rare to see the attention to detail and quality the Hotel Andra possesses. My wife and I both loved it; the staff actually seemed to enjoy working there. It was well located for our convention downtown, Pike Street, Seattle Art Museum and had three great restaurants, a fine bakery and an upscale deli within a block. We actually spent some time in the lobby warming up from the damp chill of Seattle by the fireplace in the lobby; it dawned on me then that the "feel" of the Andra was that of an Urban Modern Lodge. Besides the daily 6:15 A.M. garbage truck (which seemed to collecting only glass) the only annoyance I felt was a $10/24hr charge for Internet - it seemed petty for a place that had Tivoli clock radios.
“The "PERFECT" Seattle Hotel Experience”
Our first experience at the Hotel Andra was perfection in every way. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel, not to mention the two great restaurants that are also in the building. If scadanavian architecture and design and a bit of a hip crowd aren't your thing, you won't like this hotel. The lobby is gorgeous, our suite was really nice, all of the services and staff were more than helpful. We will definitely return.
