“Pretty decent”

This place has a great location relative to the retail core area of downtown Seattle. Restaurant has good breakfast. Easy access to/from I-5. Bummers included: small bathroom, and no newspaper in the morning.

“Downtown jaunt”

Excellent hotel with great location and emenities. Only con was the complexity of the wireless Internet. Otherwise everything was superb.

“Seattle trip”

Room was clean and comfortable overall. Staff was courteous. Had issues with hot water initially but were resolved after notifying staff.

“beautiful hotel- good deal”

Great location- close to Pike's place and many restaurants and other attractions. Parking was a bit pricey - $29 a day but it seems tobe that way around the city. Beautiful room with partial view of the water. Not the best view but then again it wasn't as expensive as other hotels closer to the water.

“Difficult to access”

My greatest complaint was access to the hotel. You couldn't just walk into the hotel from your car on the street to check in. You had to drive up very steep and narrow parking ramps to the 3rd floor before interacting with anyone from the hotel. Plus, parking was $34 a night and this was self-park. I might have thought it acceptable if it was valet but I think it was costly no matter what. Further, the hotel is accessible right off the freeway but you don't realize there is no street access to the hotel so you end up missing the hotel and then you have to circle around the block in one-way traffic and it's heavy because it is located right at the freeway on/off ramp.

“Not the best choice”

The hotel was very disorganized. Confusing elevators since they basically built the hotel on top of a parking garage. You had to travel all over the place to get to the gym and garage and to the other places within the hotel. If you wanted to eat at the lovely restaurant on the top you had to pay an extra 35$ a day just for that privelage. And pay for wi-fi. Imagine that when it is free at MacDonald's.

“Not overly impressed”

We booked a room which included buffet breakfast. When I checked in I asked where the breakfast was and was told it was on the top floor. I later went back to reception to ask if I needed a coupon for breakfast and after looking it up again on their computer, I was given the coupons. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is dated and does not have free wi-fi which, for the price, I expected. The room was clean but the bathroom was very small. Overall, it was okay for one night but I don't think I would stay there again.

“Modest accomodations, high dollar, good but expensive”

The hotel was within walking distance of theatre, Pike Place Market, Art Museum, convention center. Very clean. Courteous helpful staff. Cons: Very expensive for not having dinner in the top floor restaurant, no wireless internet in the rooms. I want to catch up on email while propped up in bed with TV movie on, not sitting at a desk like I have to do at work.
