“Great place to stay!”

The staff was great andy room was super clean. One of the first rooms in a long time I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The only negative thing about the room was the tv was really tiny and looked like it was from the 80's. Other than I really like the room and shopping was just a few Blocks away. Staples was in the same Parking lot, a mall, and restaurants were only mins away. Oh yeah I almost forgot to mention the best part, price!

“Old Inside”

The exterior has been updated but the interior is lacking an updated in a big way. The beds were old and hard, the furnishings were dated. I would not recommend staying here for any length of time, definitely not an 'extended' stay.

“sleeping on a box”

My wife did not want to sleep on the bed ... She ended up sleeping on the chair. In the morning she said "I was lucky with that chair". My 11 years old said daddy " this bed feeling like sleeping on a box".

“Good Location, Quiet, but definitely did not meet my expectations”

This particular Extended Stay America was lacking in cookware. The room only came with one pan to cook with. The room was clean and very quiet which was nice. The internet was extremely slow, however, worked the entire time I stayed there. The bed was very firm which works for me.

“Enjoyed Our Stay”

My husband and I currently only get to see each other every three months or so because he is living abroad. We spent three nights in the Extended Stay in Lynwood recently and were very pleased. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful and the hotel is clean and comfortable. It's located about thirty minutes from downtown and the airport, but that was ok with us. Extended stay really helped make our short time together special.

Shopping

Pike's Market is a MUST SEE!! Fresh fish, fruit, and flowers. Plus antiques, jewelry, clothes and arts and crafts! You will not regret the time spent here.

“Easy access to freeways”

The hotel served its purpose, for a girls weekend. The beds could have been more comfortable, everytime we sat on the bed it was very noisy. I love the area that it was in. I would stay there again. If you expecting alot of extras, this would not be the place for you to stay.

Area recommendations

I recommend Lynnwood, because you can stay out of the rush hour traffic and there is quite a bit to do right there, and you are only 15 minutes from downtown Seattle.

“Smelled like an ashtray!!!”

I chose this hotel due to its location and price. Boy was I disappointed! The lobby smelled like smoke, the 4th floor hallway WREAKED of smoke, and my "smoke free" room smelled like a cigarette factory. Even the shower curtain smelled like smoke. I was assured that I was in a smoke free room and they were booked so they couldn't move me into another room. I promptly checked out the next morning, all bloodshot eyes and scratchy throat and the Hyatt Bellevue was more than gracious to take me in at the last minute. Thanks to the Extended Stay for refunding Expedia since I checked out early. Thanks to Expedia for refunding me this credit.
