"Overall terrific. Chatted with owner and she was very friendly. Only drawbacks were no real food prep area (though I’m sure that was stated on listing ) and a small deck to look out to the ocean Would have been nice. There were a couple of chairs. Would definitely stay again."

My ONLY negative, which is no hindrance to a return visit, and accounts for the 4 star rating on "accuracy of online listing" is that the accompanying photograph suggests an on-the-bluff location and view for this "ocean view home". "We had a wonderful stay in this perfect house, just the right size for a couple or two and a few minutes from beaches, Sea Ranch Lodge, and Gualala. The view of the night sky from the deck when the weather is clear is absolutely sublime. 100% would recommend."

"The property is set on a picturesque spot in SeaRanch. Beautiful ocean views. The home itself has lots of nice and unexpected touches (amazing water pressure, oyster knife, dog blankets). It also had a few cost reducing pieces that ranked it down a notch for me (one ply toilet paper and paper towels, super thin cloth towels). We did have an issue with wet towels upon arrival and the property management remedied it within the first 24 hours of our stay. The outdoor space was very useful and...

"We spent four nights in this great home. It's in a nice location on a very quiet cul-de-sac. Close to day hiking trails and Gualala for restaurants. Home was very well equiped - we cooked several meals without finding any missing household items. Hot tub works great...which is sometimes a rarity in rental homes. We would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful property! You have access to the trails right next to the ocean and it was the prettiest walk I’ve ever been on. The rooms are well designed with convenience in mind - remote control lighting, outlets, B&O portable speaker, etc etc. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. Will return to this property anytime :) "
