"This is a nice place for sure. Well appointed and great views. You can have breakfast added on which was just okay. Our big dislike is the size of the room...very small. We were in #3. The sea view was great. When booking I thought king bed meant a bigger room, given the cost. The bed barely fit in the room. The room was frustratingly small. There are a couple of bigger rooms, but at a higher price point. Staff were great. I would not book there again."

"Lovely place with easy walking distance to the sea front and the town. The room was comfortable and perfect for our one night stay. We had a really nice breakfast before leaving to set us off on our way. Very helpful advice as well about the parking as the disc zone starts almost outside and there are plenty of discs in reception. "

I was disappointed that my single room was facing the street rather then the North Sea; my private bathroom was also separate from my room, which was a bit inconvenient - but it had an excellent beach view. "A lovely gem of a hotel, from a different era, but in a really good way. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, everything was spotless and looked loved. If you’re after a modern hotel, with all mod cons, then not here, but for charm, and just gentle loveliness, a great place. Minor gripes - bottle of water and shower gel / shampoo not replaced when empty. Shower one which was either boiling or ice cold on a millimetre turn. But genuinely minor & did not, in any way, dampen the stay....
