"The staff in every area of the hotel were friendly and helpful. Good location for walking to shopping & restaurants but it is very touristy area. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Hotel is solid, we didn’t hear anyone else other than a little street noise, we were on the 6th floor."

"Marvelous experience "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Freehand and will definitely choose them again for my next LA trip. There were some smudges of someone's makeup on the wall near the mirror and the desk table had some damage on it but otherwise the room was clean. The room I chose faced a street with a bar and there was some noise from people standing out front late at night but otherwise it was a peaceful stay. The rooftop bar is wonderful and open til midnight which made it a great option for a night cap without having to leave the hotel and the lobby lounge was a great option for getting work done during the day. A little busy but I found a spot and the cafe integral staff was very kind and accommodating. "
