"SouthSeas is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, but that did not stop our family from having an amazing stay in Captiva! The beach is gorgeous and spans over 2 miles, the trolley allows for transportation throughout the resort and renting a golf cart allowed for us to cruise through town! We will definitely be back!"

"Right on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. Could easily walk to two restaurants. Perfect view for sunsets and wildlife viewing and stargazing. We stayed on upper floor which had great views. The porches could have used a simple curtain to create a little more privacy when you walked up and down the stairs. Expensive but we had a great experience. "

"The location was awesome. Very easy beach access. The accommodations were comfortable but a little dirty. Arms on chairs and sofa looked like previous renters used them as napkins to wipe off their hands. One of our chairs was stained in an embarrassing spot so no one sat on it because it was gross. "We just returned from SanIbel and thought the condo was above our expectations. Per the description the pool is just a few steps and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the unit. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen, lovely new bath and beach towels, and everything spotless."

"Room was very spacious, clean and new. Everything was well stocked for the bathroom and kitchen needs. Staff was very nice and attentive. The beach was beautiful as always. Know before booking there is no pool. There is one washer and dryer on the grounds for the guest to use without charge. Overall the stay was excellent. "

"Have wanted to visit Sanibel for long time & this was the perfect place to stay. Had everything we needed & a great location - close to the beach. Was able to see manatees at the end of the garden - which was amazing. Would recommend to anyone."
