"The hotel provided comprehensive instruction on how to find the hotel and how to park on arrival. The room could have been cleaner as I could see stains on the bathroom tiles and the towel rail wasn’t securely fitted to the wall. Breakfast was limited on choice and restaurant staff could have been friendlier. The hotel is excellently located for all the major sights and within a short walk of some good restaurants."

"My granddaughter & I were so pleasantly surprised on seeing the many beautiful paintings, antique furniture & ornaments that decorated the public areas. The reception & other staff were very helpful & friendly. "Ideal location in the heart of the old town. Short walk to most places. Our room was on the ground floor and was excellent. The outside temperature got to the mid 30s but the rooms remained at a very comfortable level without the need for the aircon to be switched on. Ana on reception was extremely courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The added bonus was underground parking around the corner for just 20€ per day."
