"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very noisy, A/C was not working and when I went to ask the receptionist, she said ther air conditioning does work. I asked really! It wasn’t mentioned in your website. She said to deal with it. Hostile to English speaking customers in my opinion. The sad part was that payment was non refundable.
