“Quite a nice stay”
I enjoyed my stay at the Pheonix- The staff was very friendly and helpful. A good breakfast too- more options than I was expecting.
“Very nice hotel, very nice staff, a definite return location”
Basically, it was a very clean, well run, hotel. Everything was well taken care of and the staff was friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, but it was a much needed stop on our trip from Montana to California. I definitely would stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone. We found it through Expedia (which I'm liking more and more), while using free internet service at a Safeway grocery store, of all places. Can't remember where the Safeway was... downtown?... but that's the very first grocery store I've ever seen with free wifi! The hotel is close to several nice eating establishments, and a Trader Joe's (withing walking distance).

We are return-customers. Our daughter lives in South Salem. Phoenix has upgraded and the hotel is very comfortable. The only thing they need to focus on is upgrade their beds. On this last trip the bed was very uncomfortable. Other than that, we enjoy Phoenix Inn.

I was actually very surprised! The beds were very cozy and soft with nice pillows and down comforters! The Bath and Body works soap was an A+ and the breakfast was pretty good too! I would recommend to anyone who wants a nice place to stay!

My daughter and I were very happy and satisfied with this hotel. We were there for three days. Parking was ample and free. The check- in and out procedure was quick and courteous. The room was large, spacious, clean and quiet with a microwave and small fridge. We had access to a computer in the lobby. Every morning we enjoyed the free delicious breakfast buffet.

Staff is very helpful. Computer in lobby is too slow for most uses. Rooms are clean, free breakfast is outstanding. Good location.

They were waiting for me. My check-in took about one minute. I requested a cot for my room, it was there and set up. I overslept and had to run out on my last day, not a problem. Whatever I needed, I got.
