Super noisy. Lots of banging above us all night long, especially between 4-7am. Doors closing loudly. People parting until 1-2am. Front desk staff unwilling to help with noise issues. Found ants in our bathroom, the shampoo and conditioner bottles had gross cracked on soap scum. Overall very disappointing, especially given the $200/night price tag.

Very nice hotel, clean, convenient. Only valet parking isn’t ideal but got lucky with street parking (3 hr limit, 8-8 daily). Restaurant food is good, staff overwhelmed though for some reason. Overall great place to star.

Limited parking since downtown but the valet service was EXCELLENT! Breakfast and dinner and bar were great. Bummer there was such a homeless population downtime and viewable on the streets and from dinner/bar.
