"We booked to fish the lake as we often just go fishing in France and it’s tranquil and peaceful, the lake itself isn’t massive and you can hit most of it from the road side, as long as your good at casting! Fishing wise we caught every day smallest carp around 1lb up to 23lb, with 2 other carp at 22 & 20lb as well as quite a few upper doubles. "Tucked away in a small village the gite is quiet and private. The owners are helpful and on hand but never intrusive. Their lovely dog liked to pay the odd visit too.
