"Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison à 3 adultes et un enfant.
Tout y est agréable, le cadre , l’agencement de la maison, le nombre de SDB et toilettes.
Le propriétaire est au petit soin pour que vous ne manquiez de rien.
Vous y êtes idéalement situé."

"Others have said this but the pictures do NOT do this place justice. The property is completely renovated and beautiful! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which 1. Is so convenient for multiple people/couples and 2. Quite rare in France. The garden is a paradise with various levels to eat, bbq, chill at the pool and play in the massive garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need and we loved cooking fresh dinners and eating in the patio. The supermarket is 2 minutes...

"This is a great property, beautiful, well equipped, spacious for a large family gathering, with great outdoors and view.
We enjoyed Michon’s catering services: great food, and she is very flexible.
We had a very relaxing time."
"We had a very good experience here. It was our first vacation outside Belgium with our 2 kids (3,5y and 6,5y).
The welcome was very good, the house was little (but we knew that) but clean. We had everything we needed. The pool is in the garden of the owners, but they respect your privacy. It didn’t bother us en they let us be. If we should needed something, we always had the possibility to ask.
Our first vacation was a succes.
Thank you!"

"We stayed 10 days at this property and had a wonderful time. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful, the pool is gorgeous and the apartment with the 2 bathrooms (with nice water pressure) and a large terrace suits 2 guests comfortably. We had another person stay with us for 3 days and it was fine as she slept in the sleeper sofa located in the front room that also serves as a kitchen.
During our stay, we had several guests for dinner and drinks, having fun and it...

"We stayed for four nights. Pros: Fabulous location. Fabulous view looking west over the mountains (with sunsets) and south to the sea. Great old house with lots of space. The owner rents the cellar and ground floor to an art gallery and the first and second floors as a residence. One has to enter and exit the residence through the gallery door on the ground level, which was fine with us. Cons: the place was cleaned before we came, but really needs a deep and thorough cleaning. It also needs to...

"Will definitely stay here again on the next visit. Staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Location is convenient."
"We enjoyed the quiet stroll through this clean neighborhood. It’s a short walk-through lovely shopping districts to The sea. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always accommodating. The rooms were aesthetically, appealing, and many had nice views. I definitely stay here again for its quiet, elegant simplicity."

"A bit old fashioned in a Belle-Epoque, cozy and eclectic but non-stuffy way, I hope that doesn't change while they continue to modernize the rooms a bit. (Our delux balcony had marble tiles but friend's 4th floor room just below still carpeted.) Staff very welcoming, including at bar, breakast sun room and excellent seaside restaurant. Well located (next to the Massena museum and gardens and the famous Hotel Negresco), you pay for the views right on the promenade, but worth it! One block back, Rue de France has plenty of restaurants and bars leading to Place Messena and the Old Town. From there, head back to the Promenade for the sunset walk back to the hotel. Hop on/off bus tour near by gives good over view of Nice and stunning views of Villefranche sur Mer around the other side of the port. Uber pick ups fast and easy. Airport-to-port tram line a few blocks inland. Luggage taken from room to be checked was very helpful after check out/before transfer. Beach towels handed out at desk a nice bonus."
