“Can't wait to go back”
When I was searching for hotel. We didn't want to go back to opur previous hotel. I chose this hotel after carefully read the details. The reviews from 2009 and 2010 suggested they renovated 2010. The interior was as the picture presented. Clean, well setup. Wonderful view of the sea et The Promanade. Double windows ensured tranquility. Nice bath room. slippers n bath rope. great location near all shops and restaurants. Great price for winter. I will definitely go back to same hotel.
“Can't wait to go back”
Amazing hotel. We were in an oceanfront room and the view was to die for. Full on ocean views and with double doors, when the doors where shut there was no sound. The breakfast was great and the service was excellent. The hotel even let us have a 1PM check out, which is rare in France. Great location to everything! We were able to walk everywhere within 15 minutes.
“Definitely going back :-)”
I was so impressed by this hotel, they allowed us to check in early as we had arrived on an early flight, the receptionist was very friendly, and helpful. Our room was way beyond expectation, large, very clean, the bed was super comfortable, lovely smellies in the bathroom. Breakfast was included in our rate and be prepared for it too fill you up all day, so much choice, fruit, yogurts, meats and cheese, bread of so many varieties, croissants, pastries, etc, sausage, eggs, bacon, pancakes, too much to mention, the waitresses were very friendly and helpful, a super hotel, can't recommend it enough, we will definitely be returning. Super location, right in the middle of everything and right on the sea front, great restaurants just a stones throw away!
“Perfect Last Getaway”
This was our last trip in Europe and it was pefect from the hotel and location perspective. Hotel is right on the Med and close to bus, tram, and train. The hotel looked to be freshly remodeled. Breakfast buffet while pricey had anything you could want. Would absolutely come back here and recommend to others. Thanks for the great memories staff!

“Amazing Location”
You can't get any better in terms of location. The decor was a little funny and the views from the room were to be desired but we weren't concerned with that anyway. We wanted to be in the middle of the Promenade and that was exactly what happened. If we venture back to Nice, we will absolutely stay there again.
“Best hotel in Nice!”
Hotel was perfect for what we needed, easy on the budget, right by the beach and nearby everything essential in Nice (the beach, shopping, grocery for cheap food options, car rentals, Mcdonalds, and most of the tourist attractions). If we were to go to Nice again 100% we will be staying at this hotel again. Although we liked the layout of the Deluxe room, the Superior Seaview room layout with respect to the toilet is a bit weird but you´ll forgive it when you see the wonderful view of the beach.
“Great Hotel!”
This was in a great location, lots of shops and cafes all around, casino next door, right across from the ocean, bus stop to the airport right in front. Taxi ride from the train station was 15 euros. We upgraded to a garden view which also gives you an ocean view which was great. The room was big with a balcony, good size bathroom and very clean and modern. It also has a safe and a small fridge. We didn't eat the buffet, but it looked good and seem to have a lot to offer. You can always get it once your here. We took the bus to Monoco only 1 euro, it's an 1.5 hour ride. Once there you can walk to the palace or the casino or take the bus. Their bus system is really good. Back to the hotel, the staff was very helpful, I do not speak any French and I have to say everyone we encountered in France was very nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the bed was a little hard, other than that the hotel was awesome!
“Excellent hotel in an excellent location”
Outstanding hotel in an excellent location. On the Premonade de anglais and close to shops. Restaurants, and other amentities. Room was very clean and smart. Some renovation work going on outside meant we could not get onto the balcony but this is a minor issue. Pleasant nights sleep and excellent space. Wifi excellent and came in handy!
