"Property is extremely clean and well maintained! The communication and instructions from the property manager were great! A bedside lamp in the master bedroom would be a great addition as well as two more comfortable chairs in the living room space. The single couch just isn’t enough for comfortable relaxation and TV watching when the space accommodates six guests. Kitchen is well equipped. Proximity to the Coquina Pool and the beach is perfect! We would definitely come back to this property...

"The town of rosemary beach is like visiting a small European beach town. Park your car and don't move it because you can walk everywhere. Be prepared to wait in line for meals. But it's a beautiful town with sugar sand beach and emerald green water. Free beach chairs and umbrellas and free breakfast. It's a boujie place but a good weekend stay."

"Dirty dishes left in dishwasher with very bad smell when we got there. Trouble getting code for pool access. No parking pass for car while parked in hotel lot. Good proximity to Rosemary Beach. Liked the amount of room in unit."
