We loved the very short walk to the pool, beach and main street Rosemary. The layout of the house was perfect for us and it had everything we needed. We also appreciated how they reached out ahead of time to arrange a bike for our daughter to use and it was there with the included bikes when we arrived. The communication and instructions from the property manager were great! A bedside lamp in the master bedroom would be a great addition as well as two more comfortable chairs in the living room space. The single couch just isn’t enough for comfortable relaxation and TV watching when the space accommodates six guests. Kitchen is well equipped. Proximity to the Coquina Pool and the beach is perfect! The Coquina Pool can be seen from the deck. Just walk across the alleyway to the path and you’re there. The beach walkover C is a s1 minute walk from the house. The outdoor shower is heated so if you’re there in cooler weather you can comfortably rinse sand off with the warm shower. You don’t need to use a car for anything unless you need a stop at the grocery store, and Publix is a 5-min drive west on 98\. Rosemary Beach is a beautiful and charming town and this house will suit a family of 4 very comfortably. ##### Lindsay W. We had 4 adults in our place and it worked out perfect! Very clean and comfortable! Excellent location to the beach and to the main area of Rosemary. The only recommendation would be to add a few hooks in the smaller bedroom. There is not a closet in that room and all of my cloths were hanging. We made it work … had a great time.
