“Beautiful Hotel”
The hotel is very pretty, staf very nice, it is located close to everything, the stop of the shutter from the airport is at only few blocks away and the Metro at 3 blocks. I would recommend this hotel and use it again.

“Brilliant little Hotel”
We recently stayed at this Hotel and it was excellent, clean, tidy and the staff were incredibly helpful. They even helped me print tickets off to get in to the vatican museums. Not far from all major attractions. We walked to the Colosseum stopping off at the spanish steps and trevi fountain on the way, and then the other way about 20-30 mins to the Vatican City. Breakfast was ok and the rooms are lovely. Would really recommend staying here.

“Great hotel, good location”
Stayed here from 23rd to the 28th May 2011. The hotel is probably more geared towards business travellers than tourists (although there were a lot of the latter there when we stayed). It's a typical big city hotel so if you're looking for an authentic Roman experience it's probably not for you but if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and friendly then it's perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is conviniently located for the Vatican (about a 20 minute stroll straight down Via Cola de Reinzo), although the attractions of ancient Rome (forum, colessium etc.) are quite a walk away - not recommended if it's hot! There's some good restaurants in the area and excellent shopping 5 minutes from the hotel. The neighuorhood felt very secure after dark as well. All in all I'd recommend the hotel although perhaps would look for somewhere slightly closer to the tourist areas if that's what I was in town for.

We spent 6 days (first week in July 2011) in Rome and Hotel Twenty One was as good or better than what we had heard/read prior to our visit. The front desk staff, particularly the two young ladies on staff, were very helpful in getting us some bookings for key art venues and in making some taxi arrangements. It was clean and the breakfast we more than expected. We'd definitely recommend the hotel. There's no place like Rome!
“Nice hotel”
For those spending time seeing Rome, this is a great hotel - for us, we needed a clean room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom - hotel delivered. Bruch was nothing fancy but good variety and a great way to start the day.

Booking a hotel based upon on-line photos and past guests' reviews can be tricky at best. You don't know what you'll end up with until you've checked in. With Hotel Twenty One, what was shown on-line was EXACTLY what I got. Sheer pleasure at staying at this Hotel. Well managed, very clean as well as very pleasant, helpful and engaging staff. Breakfast was moderate, typical for Europe and definately better than a lot of others I've experienced. The location of this hotel realtive to Rome's attractions is simply 'the best'. I walked daily to all points of Rome without using any bus or subway. If 'All roads lead to Rome', then Hotel Twenty One is the best hotel in my experience for any traveller to return to after a long day of taking in all the history Rome has to offer. Many great Cafe's and Bars nearby as well. Would definately recommend this Hotel to any traveller.
