“OK but expensive.”

After staying in 4* hotels, this room was quite cramped and definitely a step lower. The bathroom sink was small so we couldn't leave anything on the sides and everything was very cramped in there too. Nice shower enclosed though and bed was comfortable. AC worked fine and breakfast was excellent. The location, close to the Termini RR station was excellent with many good restaurants around. One drawback are the stairs to get up to the check-in desk; but there is a small elevator for the floors.

No hot water in the afternoon and evenings.

“Almost fair”

Considering the price, it was ok. You can`t expect much from a Rome touristic hotel. Despite not being necessary, the A/C didn`t work and it`s almost impossible to manage the shower hot/cold water. The hotel is old, the rooms have some sort of smell but it`s very conviniently located close to the train station (Termine), from where you can have access to any part of Rome by bus or metro. Its close enough to do most of the sightseeing simply walking.
