"This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. Additional activities to help get energy used up for the kids since they wouldn’t swim would have been great."

"Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. "Excellent Resort in a great location, on the beach. Own area on beach which was kept very clean and had free sunloungers and umbrellas available for Hotel Guests. In the hotel the cleanliness was at its best and food was very fresh, lots choice, service was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, lots sunloungers and fresh towels with outside showers that were both hot and cold. Seperate changing and shower room near pool for use on departure day after checkout."

"Guests are rude. Very long queues for food, you need to queue for 20mins to get anything. In order to have a balanced meal with meat & veg & salad you need to queue 3 times = 60 minutes in queues for every meal. Food the same every day, not a great standard. Very limited drinks, often only water available. Sun beds always available - a huge bonus! Water park is great fun - water very cold."
