"Excellent hotel with indor parking and easy access to all by foot"

"Staff at the hotel were helpful and wonderful. Our room was modern, spacious clean and comfortable. There was a wide variety at breakfast of good quality. The one bad point was that on our 1st night, a Friday, a bar more or less opposite had extremely loud music going until after 1am and having spent most of the day travelling we were tired - But other nights were quiet."

"The hotel is located about 200 m from a sandy beach. Our room was spacious with a sea view and large balcony. The room was kept spotless clean by daily service. Buffet breakfast was a real treat, excellent selection of warm and cold dishes. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly. There is a sizable pool on the grounds of the hotel. It is easy to reach the center of Rimini by bus #2, the bus stop is in front of the hotel. There is a good supermarket nearby, D'piu."

Asked at the reception, answer? "AC is not included, you have to pay extra €10". This is a 1 star review, for a 1 star hotel. Not 3stars.. Dishonest and sneaky. charge all extra, even though all states included online while browsing hotels, is misleading. Hotel itself is very old, run down. Would not saty again even if it was free. "
