Location. Location. Location. Walk out your front door into Downtown Durham. Our newly renovated apartment sleeps six (2 queen beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa). Enjoy our stunning hardwood floors, new kitchen, smart TV, tile shower, and much more.

Every inch of this listing will help you fall in love with Durham. Even the artwork was designed by a local Durham artist.

Walk to Ponysaurus, the Durham Bulls stadium, DPAC, restaurants, shopping & much more. Just a short drive from Duke and Duke Hospital.

The kitchen has beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and more. It opens to a spacious living room. Relax on our queen-sized sleeper sofa as you watch a movie or read a book. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The bathroom, also recently updated, has a tile shower. A clothes washer and dryer are also in the unit for you.

Loved this location!
This is SO CLOSE to cool fun places & great food (Ponysaurus, Mezcalito, Krill & more.) It’s also a super quick trip to the Duke campus. Loved all the natural light and wood floors in the unit; living room was an ideal space for our family to hang out and catch up. Blake was welcoming and quick to address my questions. As an added bonus, the building has its own parking lot (again, it’s a busy/happening area!) We were very happy with this stay!

Perfect Location
I stayed here to attend my 25th college reunion. The location was perfect. I was only 7 min away from all the events. There are several eateries in walking distance if your looking to step out but, not go to far. The space was clean and cozy. Pictures were spot on. Communication with the host during our stay was excellent… If I had to find something, I’d say … The upstairs tenant does a lot of walking… but even that’s not a deal breaker. We’ll be booking this spot again next year

Clean and comfortable
We loved the easy check in and check out process and the dedicated parking lot. It was nice having extra paper products and shower products available. The bedding was very comfortable and we slept well. The only drawback was the train whistle near by. It stopped for part of the night but started up again around 5am.

Perfect stay
Blake’s property is exactly as described. The property was spotless. The location was perfect for trips back and forth to Duke cancer center, with only a 10-minute drive. Blake was an excellent host, he contacted us prior to check in to see if we needed anything special, and he also checked on us the day after check in to make sure everything was up to our standards and see if we needed anything. 10/10 would recommend this rental for your next trip to Durham!

Delightful
We were in town for a surgical visit for a family member. This place is a 7 minute quick drive to Duke which made it so convenient and a "hop" the fence distance to Ponysaurus Brewery (get the burnt ends brisket pizza!) and other restaurants. The place is cozy, clean and comfortable with all amenities of home. There is a TV in the LR and both bedrooms! Our host Blake was very responsive throughout the process of procuring the rental answering all my questions. We are not quite done with Duke unfortunately, so we most likely will be repeat guests if available.

This was such a cute place! Everything was on point! Great restaurants next door and the safety in the neighborhood was extra points in my book! Being from south LOUISIANA, the feel of the whole entire building and unit was a groovy NEW ORLEANS VIBE! Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE

Great location and very clean
This property is a good location for events downtown. We were there for the ACC baseball tournament at the Durham Bulls Stadium. The apartment was just a short drive to the ballpark. The apartment was very clean and the property manager was great! We would definitely book again!
