“Would stay again”

Staff was very friendly. We were on the 4th floor which was very quiet. Parking garage is convenient to get to. There is an entrance to the garage from the floor that your on. Shuttle service is provided which helps when your not familiar with the area.

“April 2012 visit”

We booked our room months ago and did not know about the lobby renovation that we encountered. Despite the less than great first impression, the staff was superb and our rooms were great. Really enjoyed our stay. This is our second stay at this Hampton Inn and we will definitely be returning. Also love the free [or comped] parking.

“Best downtown hotel I've stayed in!”

This hotel was super! The young man who greeted us at check-in was very outgoing and engaging. The hotel was in a great location for the Convention Center and Nascar Hall of Fame as well as restaurants. They have a shuttle service to take you to other downtown locations. But best of all, FREE parking! I would definately recommend it and I will be staying there again.

“great place...great location!”

we only stayed here one night but we would definately stay here again..close to everything..short walk to downtown..parking is free and undercover..free breakfast and wi fi..beds and pillows are definately what Hamptons are famous for and this is no exception...rooms clean...staff heplful..nice breakfast...easy to find..if in Charlotte stay here as value for money and clean and reliable!

“Everything I expected”

I stay primarily in Hilton family hotels for a reason, I always know I will get a quality room with great service. This Hampton did not disappoint. The room was clean and fresh and very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. The employees were professional and helpful.

“Great hotel and staff”

Spent the weekend at the Hampton Inn. I was extremely pleased with everything at the hotel. From the front desk staff to the housekeeper everyone was helpful, pleasant and polite. Definitely recommend staying here.
