Check in was quick and easy. We were given a nice quiet room. Great breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel window was wide open unpon arrival at midnight. The towels were blood stained. Red fingerprints on the bathroom door. Hair on walls the list goes on. Would never stay again. Pay the extra to stay at a better hotel

Started well, but due to miscommunication it ended poorly; forced to change rooms with horrible humming sound that was very loud and difficult to sleep, charged me an extra 30, and told me to leave the bathroom fan on to drown out the noise. Hot tub was down for cleaning the 4 days I stayed? Staff were very pleasant however and location is central downtown, so everything was close, unfortunately so were the dozens of homeless drug addicts. Pretty sure I won't go back, bait and switch tactics annoy me.
