"I had an amazing stay here. Located in a nice quiet but scenic location. My room was great I had my own separate spacious bathroom and a double bed room next door to it. The grounds of the hotel are green and you can see woodpeckers from the window. The breakfast options were great from a cooked breakfast to fresh fruit yoghurts and cereals. I also unexpectedly received daily housekeeping. The hotel is located within reasonable driving distance to nice beaches and attractions."

"This is a lovely place to stay. We were well looked after, my gluten free dietary needs were catered for and the staff were very accommodating. The house is old so we expected that the rooms might be ‘quirky’ but we had a dangerous fault with our shower that could have resulted in serious scalding incident. We have informed the managers so they can deal with it. Dinner was 5* as you’d expect in a place with a chef of this calibre - wine and port also excellent. Pricey, but not excessive....

There was a little noise with entry /exit of upstairs residents. Really good value for money. "Good value room, very clean and everything you’d need. The only thing I’d request is better information on food options. I would have used the onsite restaurant but the guest information pack wasn’t clear and listed external restaurants which I thought was strange when they had an onsite option."
