"Comfortable hotel, close to everything"
We returned to the Grand Central for 2 nights after a 3 week tour of Scotland. We were provided with a large quiet room on the third floor overlooking the station. Comfortable bed with nice linens. Recently refurbished. Clean. Friendly staff. Good price.

"stunning quality and refinement for a good price"
Just try out the shower! The bedroom was massive and despite being a boutique style hotel everything was solidly made and nothing seemed over the top. Quality and refinement were key. The bathroom was lush, the rain shower was spacious and was one of the best showers I've had in a while. I travel for a living and have been in some nice (and nasty) hotels before, but this was excellent value for money - I've paid a lot more for a lot less elsewhere. Most importantly the missus loved it and we will be returning!

"Excellent Location"
The apartment was spacious and in an excellent city centre location (Bath Street) - lounge/kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms 1 with ensuite and 1 other bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooking equipment, etc. We had a top (5th) floor apartment which had a fantastic panoramic view of Glasgow city centre from our lounge area with huge windows. It would have been nice to have had some sachets of coffee/tea, etc for when we arrived, but there was a Sainsburys close by (turn left on leaving the apartment) which sufficed. Few negatives were lots of cables hanging down from the tv, holes in the wall where a shelf had been, pan burn on the worktop, curtains hanging down from rail and our bathroom bin had not been emptied from the last guests (a few nasties in there!) However the location and fantastic view were great, and I would probably go back again.

"Very trendy, excellent free wifi, comfy bed"
Business stay, bed was comfy, the free wifi is good enough for streaming etc unlike other hotels I stay in. Doors slam very loud but it didn't go on late. Didn't eat in the restaurant as it was expensive and there is plenty of choice a short drive away.
