Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish coastal themed space. 1 mile from the downtown Punta Gorda with many restaurants, entertainment, events, and site seeing to enjoy. 3 miles from the airport. Most newly remodeled with comfortable bedding and pillows. TV's with firesticks in both bedrooms and living room area. Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and kitchen. King bedroom has ac window unit for extra cooling. Full Kitchen with stocked coffee cart. Patio located on the right backside of the home. Quiet safe neighborhood with respectable neighbors. Left side of the house, garage and backroom of house are locked off and are owners quarters whom are occasionally there for basic maintenance.

Comfy cozy Coastal Homes in the Bay Area with a nice view
Janice S. Comfy Cozy is exactly what this Verbo rental is. Just walking into the home, f could see that it had everything that I would need or want. I read the previous reviews and still decided to rent. To me the inside was like a stay at a New England style summer cottage, whether at lakeside camp (house) or an Oceanside cottage. Location, location, location! It is as perfect. Assessable
