“wonderful, but...”

Great modern decor and very comfortable. Super nice staff. Not a word against the hotel - only the family next door who thought that the hall was their kids playroom. Really? Screaming and running on a Sunday morning? Parents - please note that others are trying to relax and keep your kids in line.

“Very impressed and satisfied with hotel.”

Very good experience w/hotel and staff, especially Salina, Front Desk Clerk. She was terrific. Hotel, rooms and facilities were always clean. Also, pleasantly surprised w/breakfast buffet. It was more than the expected continental breakfasts of croissants and coffee.

“Convenient and comfortable”

It was a great fit for our weekend trip to Portland - quite close to the airport and comfortable. Reasonable breakfast, enough space in the room with all the basic amenities etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for a no-frills stay!

“Excellent Choice”

After traveling on the road for a week with four...this was the best hotel of the trip. The entire family was happy,especially the exercise room, pool and hot tub, extra pillows, quality of the towels and a free internet computer in separate business room off the the lobby. Good location for airport travel. When given the choice, I would stay at another SpringHill hotel based upon experience at the Portland Airport. Goes without saying...the price must remain reasonable.

“Great Bang for the Buck!!”

I was unsure where to get a hotel being my first time in Portland. Was I ever so lucky!! The hotel is close to the airport, but surprisingly quiet. What impressed me most was the friendly and outgoing staff. I have stayed at many hotels and never left one saying whoa! all of the staffs members did a great job in welcoming us and always having smiles on their faces.

“A welcomed respite”

After several problems with flight delays and room availability at the conference we had just attended, our stay at the Marriott SpringHill Suites Portland Airport was indeed a welcomed respite. We were pleasantly greeted when we arrived. Our room was ready and registration was quickly processed. Wine and cheese were being served in the lobby. When he learned that we were driving a rental car and flying out in the morning, the manager on duty suggested turning in the rental car that evening and using the hotel's shuttle to get to the airport the next morning. We were pleased that we followed his suggestion. Because we had already taken care of the rental car, we had time to enjoy the hot breakfast served at the hotel before boarding the shuttle to the airport. It was indeed a pleasant stay and if ever that way again, I know that I will call the Marriott SpringHill Suites Portland Airport first for reservations.

“great place to stay”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Springhill Suites. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the setup of the room because the sitting area has a wall between it and the bed. The best part was the proximity to the Multnomah Falls area. We love to hike! We were able to get the room nice and cool before sleeping so we could sleep with no fan going even though the weather was in the 90's when we were there. A great hotel!

“Most comfortable room I've ever stayed in”

Staff was extremely helpful, the room had every ameninity I could ask for, bed and pillows are better than what I have at home, so I slept well. Overall, it was an exceptional hotel. The only drawback for me is that I did not have a car and there is no room service or decent restaurants in the immediate area. So, I took the Max (train) into town.

“Great for families”

Springhill Suites is conveniently located, easily sleeps 5 or 6, has a great breakfast in the morning and the pool is open long hours. Very comfortable.
