The staff here is amazing! Really great customer experience! The room was cute. But honestly the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. We even researched where to buy the super fluffy pillows. Overall great experience. Next time we’re in Portland, we will definitely stay at the Harlow.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Amtrak station. It was easily walkable, there are a number of tents and people hanging round but they didn’t bother me, but as a solo traveller I wouldn’t have wanted to walk there at night. The hotel itself is secure and nicely laid out. Limited bar and snack facilities but a number of places to eat nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised by how close it was to the train station. It was also great that there was a cafe that was open, so I was able to grab a snack even though I arrived at 1:30 am. The staff was very engaging, which was another surprise. I really liked the fact that it was within walking distance to the Moda Center. I’d go back for sure. Thanks Harlow for a great stay!

After moving from Portland after the pandemic, I was shocked to find Portland again. The location is safe, in the Pearl and near everything that is deemed cool. I used to stay at another hotel on West Burnside and that lost is deluxe luster. Check this one out instead!

The property has been upgraded and is comfortable, clean with friendly staff. Very convenient to the Railway Station. Portland is still suffering from the effects of the pandemic and while we did not feel unsafe, there are lots of unfortunate people around in the parks.

Such a lovely place! All staff were very welcoming, and attentive. The decor was amazing, great location, walking distance to the famous Powell's City of Books. The hotel was super nice, very clean and loved that it had a gym in the vicinity. I felt super safe even though some surrounding areas were a bit sketch. I definitely will stay here again. Thanks again for a great experience and stay.
