"We enjoyed a spectacular stay at this hotel and plan on staying there again later this year during a return trip to Phoenix. At check-in, the Assistant General Manager, Thomas Ward, gifted us 2 bottles and water and 2 candy bars of our choice and kindly allowed us an early check-in so we get to our room and get ready to be picked up by our ride to the Arizona baseball game at Chase Field. Like Mr. Ward, the entire staff of the hotel was friendly to us. Additionally, our room was spacious, clean and had ever amenity we wanted (large TV, refrigerator, microwave, and security safe). The hotel also has a beautiful fitness center, reasonably priced breakfast and dinner service, and is situated adjacent to a very fun PAR 72 Toka Sticks Golf Course. The hotel is also located near lots of good shopping and restaurants. (e.g. a Walmart, Target Store, Chilis, and Texas Roadhouse are located just down the street.) Thank you Four Points Sheraton! You've won our loyalty, and we will definitely be back. "
