“Home Away From Home”
Hotel has junior suites and one & two bedroom suites with kitchen amenities. Was nicely decorated and clean. This is a time-share property. Keep that in mind when staying.
“Always a great Experience!”
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for business and for pleasure. Everytime it's been a great experience. The pool is wonderul. The rooms are great. Perfect for both one-night stays or one week stays!
“Everything worked as expected”
The check-in process was quick. The staff were friendly and helpful. During the stay, everything worked as expected. The air-conditioner was a bit loud in my room but you tuned it out after a while. Overall the experience was above average.

Our second stay at the Villa Mirage. Very nice for a relaxing getaway, yet close to many restaurants and other amenities in North Scottsdale.
“Will stay here again”
We have finally found the place where we will always stay when we visit our son and his family in Phoenix. After trying several other hotels in the area (none of which we have returned to), we were thrilled with this one. Our grandkids loved the playground, my husband appreciated the tennis court, and it was nice to be able to sit outside the sliding glass door while our grandson took his nap. We were able to cook meals in our apartment, which really helped keep costs down. And the apartment was clean, well supplied. I'm a light sleeper, and so appreciated the quiet surroundings. The staff was great too. Overall, an extremely pleasant place to stay.
“Diamond Resorts Are The Way To Go”
Pros: Serenity. you and your significant other can enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and feel like the only ones there. time really slows down here; Cleanliness. our condo was beautiful and spotless; Proximity to Attractions. everything from malls (e.g., Desert Ridge, Promenade, Anthem Outlets (this one was a little far)) to restaruants (e.g., Cheesecake Factory, Rumbis) to movie theaters (e.g., AMC, United Artists) and sightseeing (e.g., Old Scottsdale) were relatively close and easy to find. Cons: In-room Entertainment. dvd player operation was not intuitively obvious. it was also very cheap and it skipped on a brand new dvd, but the staff was more than willing to help. they replaced it within 15 minutes which was great!; Swimming. they had problems with the pool, but on the up side, the resort next door was nice enough to let everyone use theirs; Timeshare. guests beware! they can be pushy and when it become obvious that you are not interested, they will push some more. they even insulted me in front of my fiancee which really turned me off. sitting through 90 minutes of sales pitching isn't worth free treats and a $75 gift card. don't get me wrong though. a timeshare is a great idea for those who are ready for such an investment.
“We want to return in January for another stay.”
If we can't get back in January we plan a to stay there in October. The staff, pool and service during our stay was great. We enjoyed everything about the resort and even got to watch a mid week movie outside at the pool area at night which we loved.

Clean room, great kitchen area and good sized bed. Grounds were well kept and in easy to get to location. Loved it!
“Comme à la maison !”
Génial ce Resort offre des prestations de qualité. Le studio est entièrement équipé avec une vraie cuisine, une déco raffinée et un calme optimal à condition de ne pas être côté piscine. Plein d'activités sont proposées, salle de fitness, arts déco, films... On a adoré. Le ménage n'est fait qu'une fois par semaine, 2 fois serait mieux, mais le reste est parfait.
