"Only 1 block from the ferry. Very affordable yet nice hotel. Very quiet yet only steps from shopping and about a 7 min walk to all the nightlife on the beach. STAFF are simply the best. So friendly and accommodating. Love how they take care of the island cats!!!"

"Very friendly staff. Room cleaning didn’t happen for our unit for some reason, and the noise at nighttime (voices, rain, music) can easily be heard through the walls of the rooms. Beautiful spot tucked away on the side of the island, gorgeous pool and ocean view."

Could use more evening entertainment - the singing group was lovely but could have used a speaker. We waited so long to be driven to our room, that we just decided to walk. Could also use a proper pier for safely disembarking the boat."

"Really good service, only thing is, if you are afraid of lizards and frogs, and all of those fields animal, i would not recomend this resort for you. But after that, it was really beautiful, peacefull, food was really delicius and cheap. "

"This place is perfect for you if you plan on staying at the resort. If you want to visit the main part of town to eat, explore, party, shop… maybe consider a resort closer to the pier/main part of town. Sadly, the resort is only accessible via taxi boat (long tail boat) which costs 100-150 baht per person depending on the time you leave. Yes, there is a free taxi boat shuttle from the pier to the resort when you arrive and leave but otherwise you are on your own for transportation. It’s also worth mentioning that you get in the taxi boats through the beach (your shoes and feet will get wet). Otherwise, the staff is kind and friendly (they decorated my room for my birthday and gave us an upgrade in terms of the bungalow). The food is good and affordable given the location and the resort is beautiful since it is right on the beach and has its’ own private section. The bungalows are on a steep hill but you can grab a ride in a truck from the main lobby. All in all, an enjoyable stay and my sister and I would return there!"

"We had a great stay! Read many reviews about people having bad experiences but that was not the case. We stayed in a villa near the pool. Super close to town and all the bars. Restaurants on site were great! A definite stay! "

"It was a beautiful experience to stay at Centara Grand in Krabi. We felt like we were in paradise. Incredible location. It was fun to boat in and also to be able to take the "Monkey Tail" into town. "

"The facility is very excellent. Three large sliders in the swimming pool together with huge kid and teen clubs for family. Wifi is excellent, and staff also allow us to check-in late until 2:15 pm (we bought Kayak tour ticket in the moring)."
