“A+ Experience”
The hotel, the staff, the location were all fabulous. Would highly recommend! Rooms were very nice and had great robes and linens. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. 2 blocks from Metro station and Champs Elysses, so very convenient.
“Keppler”
We stayed at the Keppler in September and decided to go back in December because it is so lovely and well-located. All the staff speak very good English and are very friendly. The breakfast is delicious. Can't wait to go back.
“Very Pampered experience.”
The room and furnishings were well appointed. The staff was extremely polite and helpfull. The breakfast was exellent. Overall the best hotel experience we had in 3 weeks in France.
“Fantastic Staff raise this hotel a cut above”
I recently spent a long weekend at the Keppler with my boyfriend, staying in a superior room. First the so-so points: * The rooms are small, even by Parisian standards. They are fine if you are planning to be out and about for most of the time but there isn't much space to work for example, or sit down anywhere other than the bed. * Whilst our room was beautifully decorated and spotless, the design of the wardrobe doors isn't very smart. The folding doors can't quite open because the bed is in the way. Now for the main plus points: * The design is funky, but well thought through. There are comfortable places to sit in the common areas, with a mix of books and magazines in English, French and other languages. * Really good triple glazing in the rooms. You can't hear a thing outside when the windows are closed. * Good breakfast by Parisian standards, * Even though the hotel was full when we stayed, we rarely saw other guests and there were no queues for reception on arrival or departure. * Finally and most importantly, the amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was finding us a reservation at a 2* Michelin restaurant for dinner, or recommending a day trip, or returning some lost property to us. Phillipe and Roman, in particular, could not have been more helpful or charming and really made the stay for us.
“Great Hotel”
Great little boutique hotel. The service is very good and the rooms are very smart, clean and attractive the only negative being they are slightly small. The one dissapointment was the bar closing at 11pm, we normally have a drink before going to bed but this did mean the hotel was quiet at night.
“Very impressed”
Smart boutique hotel in excellent location. Particularly friendly and helpful staff.
“Where wre the towels”
I really liked the Hotel Keppler. My only complaint is that the room was not cleaned until 5 pm one day. We were informed by the housekeeping staff that there were no more towels and we would have to wait till the morning which we did not find acceptable. We also found an unopened condom under the bed.
“Excellent service and a beautiful boutique hotel”
Stayed here for two days for our wedding anniversary. Everything was just perfect with the possible exception of breakfast which is better from the cafe's anyway. We had visitors as well and they coupldnt believe the standard of the rooms and decor throughout.
“Absolutely AMAZING!!! Stop looking and book!”
My husband and I stayed a few nights at the Keppler starting 5-13-11. We absolutely loved it! The rooms are small but very nice and clean. Location is great, 10 minute walk to the Eifel Tower but the staff is what made the difference! They suggested restaurants and places for us to visit and were amazing! Cedric specifically is who you should ask... Knows all the great restaurants in town! The breakfast downstairs is convenient with options for every pallet. We can't wait to go back!
“Small is beautiful”
The hotel is extremely centrally located, only a few minutes walk, from the airport bus stop at the Arch de Triomphe. The staff speak perfect english and are very helpful. It was no problem to leave our luggage after checking out and we felt quite safe doing so. The only problem was our stay was too short, because it is a tad expensive, but totally worth it.
