“Warm and welcoming. Pleasant stay.”
The hotel was a very comfortable with very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and all spoke perfect English which was a big help for me. The room was a comfortable size and was quiet to the outside noise. The shower was a little small for me but this was only a minor issue. All in all a fantastic stay and would not think twice about staying again for another trip to Paris.
“Good hotel near the Eiffel Tower and metro stops”
The room was small, but this is typical of European hotels. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel staff was nice, helpful, and fluent in English. The hotel is within an easy walk of the EIffel tower and the number 10 metro. My only complaint was that their free wifi service didn't work. I complained to the hotel manager, who said that there weren't any problems. I know there was though, as all three of my devices were unable able to connect (iPhone, iPad, laptop). However, if i walked to the McDonald's down the street they worked fine immediately. Annoyingly, I was able to get online 1 hour before leaving after 5 days in the hotel.
“Good Weekend”
Just back from a 3 day weekend and I enjoyed staying at this is a newly refurbished hotel done in a modern and contemporary style, (ignore google street map photo). Rooms are a good size and such comfortable beds. Buffet Breakfast excellant no quibbles. Staff were helpful and all spoke English, useful due to my rubbish French. Free wifi, very helpful for smartphones made it easy to check emails & internet. Happily go back :)
“A very quiet clean 3 star near the Eifel Tower”
I would recommend this 33 room hotel to anyone wanting a reasonably priced hotel (3 stars) in a quiet neighborhood (15th Arr). The room was small compared to hotel rooms in the US but adequate. My wife and I did not come to Paris to stay in a hotel room during the day . There is a safe in the room. We had a room with two twin beds. The bath room is very large compared to many I have seen in my visits to France and has both shower and large tub. We had room 210 - on the back side of the hotel . Very quite. Heard no street noise ( the hotel is located in a safe residential area with little traffic at night.) The windows are sound proof and the hotel has central heat and air conditioning. The staff speak English and are very nice and helpful to anyone needing assistance. There is WiFi in every room. I did not have a computer . We had a small emergency back home. Our son sent an email to the hotel and the message was delivered the next morning when we came to breakfast. (11 euros per person)but there is a nice bakery 2 min away (12 Eur total) The hotel is located equal distance between two metro stations (Dupliex and Charles Michel) only about a 5 minute walk either way. The Eifel Tower is only about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel and you can see it from some of the rooms on the front side. If you like crepes, there is an excellent restaurant about 5 minute walk away. The hotel is being renovated but we heard little noise . I highly recommend this hotel
“mother and daughters triple room experience”
Hotel is currently undergoing exterior decoration which does nothing to enhance its curb appeal or the views from windows. However once inside the hotel was v clean and comfortable although the air con/heating difficult to control.Helpful staff.Convenient location and very good value for money.
“Nice and affordable hotel in Paris.”
Very clean, very well located, friendly and helpful staff. Good quality-price ratio. The only thing is the quality of the WIFI. It was really horrible. All week, it took time to connect and the connection was lost several times. Some evenings, connection was just not possible. Even when I tried to pay for higher speed internet I could not even connect to the front page to select the paying internet. This is something they need to improve. Also be aware that they are doing renovations outside. So the workmen start around 8:00 AM and the noise will wake you up easily. They have scaffolds all over the building and they walk and work in front of the windows as well. Very hard to sleep in during the week. Not sure how long the renovation will last but it could have been worth a rebate.
“good”
The internet didn't work and the room was small. Everething else was very good.
“Small but Still Super!”
Although rather small, this hotel is in a prime location for all the top sights to see in Paris. Walking out the front door you can see the Eiffel Tower down the street; within a 5 minute walk you can be by the Seine and the Statue of Liberty. Everything is within walking distance really, but if not Dupleix station is a minute away. We hopped on this a couple of times to save our aching feet! The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. It was always spotless and well presented. Not the grandest hotel as I've said, but it served a purpose for us when we spent all of our days exploring the city. It was lovely to get back to a clean room, have a shower (even if it was the smallest shower we have ever seen!) and then fall into bed. We didn't try the restaurant in the hotel, but there's a great pizza & grill restaurant round the corner and the Dupleix Bistro opposite the station have the friendliest waiters in Paris. Service was quick for both dinner and breakfast! We would have eaten there every night if we hadn't discovered it only on our last night in Paris. If you're looking for somewhere to freshen up and rest your head in friendly welcoming comfort then this is the place for you. We would definitely stay there again.
“Nice hotel close to the Eiffel Tower”
The Hotel Eiffel Saint Charles staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was very close to the Eiffel Tower (10min walk), shops, Metro and restaurants. The room was comfortable and appeared to have been recently renovated. The bathroom was a bit older, but was very clean. The only annoying thing was how thin the walls are as I could quite clearly hear other guest's conversations on Skype at 1am. Overall my stay was very enjoyable and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
“UK Travellers”
Excellent situation for everywhere in Paris, and particularly the Eiffel Tower. Hotel was really clean and very well appointed - Only two points to make 1 Breakfast was very limited and a little pricey at 11€ for what it was 2 Room was too warm at night. Window did open, but then it was noisy for uninterrupted sleep. Overall though, thoroughly recommended as a tourist/business hotel..
