“Will definitely go back”

The hotel was walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. A plus if you are not familiar with Paris like us. The Metro is a few steps from the hotel so you can buy a one day travel card and Paris is yours to explore. There are lots of restaurants and bar cafes around the hotel. There are two supermarkets too.The front desk staff speaks excellemt English and go all the way to assist you in anyway they can. The room is small as compared to our North American Hotels but it was clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back on our next trip to Paris.

“Excellent centrally located hotel, if we go back to Paris this is where I would stay”

The welcome upon arrival by the staff was excellent, the staff were all extremely helpful and knowledgable about the area and all that it had to offer, the hotel itself is clean and of a high standard. The breakfast although only slightly more expensive than other cafe's in the area,is good value. The hotel is ideally located for touring the city the Eiffel tower only a couple of streets away there is a metro link on the doorstep, and that means easy access to the rest of the city.

“Will consider for my next trip”

Hotel staff was great and very helpful. My only regret is not taking them up on the upgrade to the junior suite. I only read about all the extras involved in the upgrade after I was on the elevator and on my way to the room. That saves something to look forward to next time.

“Clean & Comfortable”

Although room was small, it was comfortable & clean. Newly renovated bathroom was lovely, multi jet shower head was great & heated towel rail very handy for not only drying your towel but drying some washing as well!! Location was great, short walk to Eiffel Tower & River Seine & 2 minutes to Metro (where local markets setup 3 days a week). Staff were all very friendly & extremely helpful. Breakfast was offered at a reduced rate & included cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, bacon, eggs, cold meat, cheese, bread, pastries, nutella, jams, juice, tea, coffee. The lady who served us was a very happy soul & made a great start to our day!

“Acceptable in Paris”

A small, clean quite acceptable Paris hotel with reasonable rates. Hotel is about 100 yards from a Metro station. There are many good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very small but clean and well maintained. Would certainly return.

This hotel is only about 2 blocks from the Eiffel Tour. Nicely decorated but the rooms are very small. Staff is bilingual and very helpful.

“Enjoyable Stay - Simplicity For Couples”

An overall enjoyable experience. The hotel is situated in an ideal place for tourists with a relativly low budget, the majority of parisian attractions are situated within a short 15 minute walk and are easily accesible via the metro which is also located nearby. The staff were extremly helpful and friendly and the only issue we had was a shower that didnt drain properly, a small inconvience that didnt affect our stay.

“Hôtel agréable”

personnel sympathique à la récéption et au service du petit-déjeuner. Hôtel bien situé mais malheureusement chambre sombre et lumières de lit ne fonctionnaient pas. Reveil à 9h00 par la femme de chambre bien que le pannonceau "ne pas déranger" soit accroché sur la poignée de porte.

“Excellent customer service”

we found hotel customer services extremely good. All the reception staff spoke good english and were extremely helpful and gave useful advice. They do however, charge a lot for basic breakfast and don't have much choice. They also need to provide kettles in the rooms for tea and coffee. Overall, we are satisfied with the hotel and its cleanliness.
